Our Story

The beginning of Dreamers Club started back in 2018, but it got lost. However, in 2023, passionate individuals rediscovered the idea and decided to revive the club. They believed in the power of dreams and the importance of supporting one another in achieving them. With renewed enthusiasm and determination, the Dreamers Club was officially relaunched. It quickly attracted like-minded individuals eager to share their dreams and inspire each other to turn them into reality. 

Among these passionate individuals, two first-year students played a crucial role in the club’s revival. They took the initiative to begin the process of restarting the club, gathering signatures and other e-board members. Despite facing challenges and balancing their busy lifestyles, they persevered through the complex process of meeting all the requirements to make "Dreamers" an official club on Baruch’s campus. Their determination paid off, and on May 8, 2024, Dreamers at Baruch was officially recognized as a club at Baruch, creating a home for the invisible community among the two thousand-plus students at Baruch. 

Their dream aim to unify the student body and create a safe, welcoming space that fosters a sense of belonging and identity, where students of Immigrant diverse backgrounds and their allies can express themselves, share their stories, connect with others, and gain access to resources, opportunities, and leadership skills.. The club aimed to empower its members by providing resources, opportunities, and leadership skills, helping them grow personally and collectively while building a supportive community.

Dreamers at Baruch  aims to provide a platform for advocacy, support, and empowerment. The club offers resources and opportunities for growth, aiming to positively impact the campus community and beyond. The students have worked hard and taken time out of their hectic lives to make this club a success and continue to inspire others to chase after their dreams and support one another.

Today, the club thrives as an official club, serving as a hub of motivation and encouragement for all its members. Their hard work and dedication created a supportive community where members could pursue their dreams together. As Dreamers at Baruch continues to grow and evolve, it reminds us that we can do amazing things when we work together and believe in the power of every individual.
